They will provide you with return instructions and once we’ve received the item back in good condition and its original packaging, we’ll provide you with a full refund for the item you purchased.   If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee as the payment goes directly to our shipping partners. Please also note that all products purchased via limited-time sales events (Black Friday, clearance, etc.) are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.   Where Is My Refund?   We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. Please be advised that for the standard shipping option, your local post would usually be in charge of the actual delivery.   Where do you ship from?   We ship from the USA and Asia warehouse to worldwide! We offer competitive Priority Shipping for both domestic (contiguous states only) and international orders. Rates depend on the actual weight of the entire order. Please select “Priority Shipping” at checkout to get an estimate.   Please be advised that priority shipping isn’t available to PO box addresses.
The easiest and fastest way to locate your package is to use the tracking link or number sent to you after your purchase.   If you wish to get more information regarding the delivery status of your order, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly. They have access to the delivery status of your order so they could assist you better. Please use the tracking number associated to your order when inquiring about your package.   It rarely happens, but if the courier couldn’t assist you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Support team via our contact page so they could help you with your concern.   What if my order is lost in transit?   If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please Contact Us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot resend your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation. We will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.
